Through a few ways, the link for the preorder page leaked out and people started entering hours, and sometimes even days before preorders were actually open.
This had been expected, and accounted for. Any information in the system before it went live (July 25th, noon UTC/1pm BST/6am EDT) was wiped, to keep things fair.
If you entered the system early, you will need to enter again now. If you are in doubt, it doesn't hurt to try again. If you were already in the queue, it will simply tell you so.
