H.264/H.265 hardware decoding - matwey - 07-11-2017

?Hi,

Could somebody please explain me, wether it is possible to decode multiple H.264/265 streams in RK3328 hardware at the same time?
I would like to play four 1080p H.264 videos on 4K video-screen, kind of video-surveillance system.

I'm interested in this subject. Is there a way to decode/encode H264, H265 streams using ffmpeg or gstreamer?
