PINEPHONE not booting - Touchwood - 02-22-2024

Hello all,

I am not sure if I should introduce myself, if not: just ignore:

My name is Albert, I am from Denmark. I am an ethical hacker. The name Touchwood comes from the frog, the wizard Catweazle always has with him.

To the case:
I just received my Pinephone - Beta.
But it won't boot up. I put a USB charger stick into the USB-C port. The led at the top turned red, then green, while the phone is vibrating. I can see the display is lit, but nothing happens. Then the LED shuts, and the process continues several times, before it stops doing anything.

What could cause this problem?

I am so sorry - I missed a very, very basic thingy: that darned plastic strip between battery and connectors.

However, I caught another problem, but before writing on this forum, I will try read me through a solution.
