You should be able to put a 64GB image onto a 128GB microSD without issues. Problems would come from burning method used to burn the OS and also the integrity of the microSD card (i.e. whether it perhaps misreports its storage capacity).

I checked the card out and it's legit, I just may be doing this wrong. I got PhoenixCard and downloaded the Remix OS image at the bottom that says "Phoenix Card Image". Was that not the right one? The one above it is DD image for 64GB microSD card, should I use that one instead?

I've been trying that one but I can't get it to burn :\. What kind of card do you have? I'm starting to think my brand is the issue

Have not tested random r/w speeds on the card, but it works good
