It doesn't work for UBports Edition w/ Mobian, just tested.

In 'settings', open 'power' uncheck wifi and uncheck bluetooth.
You can adjust your suspend setting in that same window, "if you want"...

Well, with the last night update (01/09/2020) it seems like better without this adjust.
